Junior High School (7th grade through 8th grade)
B.A.S.I.C. is a junior high youth ministry open to any junior high school student interested in the Iowa City area. We meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. and pizza is provided for $3.25 Activities include singing, large and small group study, skits, service projects, summer camps, and much, much more. For more information, contact Randy Hausler, Director of Youth Ministries at the church office.

Back to School Bash

Join B.A.S.I.C as we celebate fall and going back to school for TWO WEEKS!!It promises to be a great two weeks of fun to start the school year right

  • On Aug 23, we will have BASIC at 6:00p. Please bring $3.25 for pizza. We will play a game, eat some pizza, sing some songs, see a hilarious skit from the BASIC comedy troupe, and have a bible study to end an awesome evening!

  • The following week, Aug 30 Join BASIC for the annual Burger Bash
    and Great Mall Scavenger Hunt!!
    We will be having all you can eat bugers for FREE, before loading up on Andy's Ark The Duce and heading out to Coral Ridge Mall for the Great Mall Scavenger Hunt! BASIC starts at 6:00p and is FREE!!

    Camp Stronghold 2006 was amazing. It truely was one of the greatest weeks of so many young peoples lives!!
